傻瓜 我们都一样  
This song is quite old, but I only started listening to it a few days ago after hearing it on tv. I've never heard the whole song before, only the chorus, and I decided that I didn't like it. LOL.

Yup, its my current favourite song. LOL.

Forgot to mention, I went to this Japanese restaurant last week, called Hanabi. IT WAS GOOD, I TELL YOU. Its an ala-carte buffet restaurant, and totally worth it because of its extensive menu offerings. So, a little pricey...but just order a few mixed platters of fish and I'm sure you would have gotten your money back. I'm not a veteran of Japanese cuisine (this means that I don't go around the whole of Singapore trying out all Japanese restaurants, and yes, this also means that I havent gone to Japan itself to try the food) but this restaurant has got to have the freshest salmon I've ever tried! I'm usually kind of wary of raw fish, and I will always wait for people around me to eat first and tell me if there's a fishy smell before I pick up my chopsticks, so it says quite alot if I happily stuff the whole piece of fish into my mouth. The rest of the food that we ordered didn't disappoint too. I'm thinking of the yaki niku, ebi tempura, chicken in black pepper sauce, and the fish of course, now. HUNGRY. ):

And yesterday, I finally went to Sinema Old School for the first time in my life. It was not an easy task climbing up that stairs in heels. Not to mention realising how unfit I am, omg. But I enjoyed the movie. (: It was a nice change from what we're used to seeing at the cinema. If only they'll have a more...accessible...easier way to get up there. Not everyone has a car lor. Pfffttt.

This song has been in my head all night. ANYBODY HAVE THIS SONG CAN SEND IT TO ME PLEASE? PLEASE PLEASE? So that I can listen and it won't be stuck in my head. ):


I guess Britney's new video sort of resembles her Toxic one... But whatever. At least she looks hot again. And sane. LOL.

This calls for a brief update since my previous entries were either memes (which were quite fail since everyone basically ignores me, LOL. next time i will just do and not attempt to ask anyone to do it.) or rants about school.

I am both happy and sad that:

1. HL209 essay has been postponed to next Friday. Yay because it's postponed. Woe because it's postponed (means that I will procrastinate). KAT PLEASE SHARE SOME MOTIVATION THAT YOU ARE FEELING NOW.

2. It is going to be exams in about one month's time. This semester has flew by unbelievably fast. I can't even keep track of what's happening. So yay because holidays is coming again, woe because exams are coming even sooner.

3. I am fangirl-ing over DBSK instead of doing my work. OMG. Stop...please. Yay because...shit I have no idea what's there to be happy about, but I just have a fun time watching the boys. This is bad. Woe because...well I can't exactly write about DBSK during exams, right? Or in my essays? This is a super x100 bad timing to have a new subject to fangirl.

Note to self: stop....or I will slap you. (Now we're turning all schizo!)

And I feel like I haven't been to the movies for a damn long time. The last movie I watched was... Painted Skin? And it was all lol and random.

I am definitely looking forward to the holidays. And during the holidays, I will be looking forward to school reopening. And the cycle continues.

I love this song. I can listen to it over and over again on my iPod. Nice and simple tune that's easy on the ears, yet the lyrics are relatable and meaningful. Plus I love Tanya Chua's voice. (:

I super love this song. Goo Goo Dolls is the best. I think I need to watch Transformers again. Hahaha.

RANDOM #4  
You might have realised by now, whenever I can't think of a subject I'll put 'Random #'. LOL. Okay, just thought you might want to know. /:

Just now, I saw a girl whose pants was pulled down and shirt flipped up, blowing kisses at everyone who passed by her. Like every guy's dream scenario right!

Except that she was a small kid. In the toilet. 'Cause the maid or whoever that is was...I don't know...helping her wear diapers?? I didn't see properly. LOL. I think its so cute that she was totally oblivious to the fact that she was not dressed properly and yet she still smiled and blew kisses at me happily when I walked past to go into the toilet cubicle. So innocent. Its almost like Eve before she bit into that forbidden fruit from the Tree of Knowledge...and our adulthood resembling the consequences..... Okay okay I'll stop, strange analogy. LOL.

First session of tuition went fine! I think. Though I found it a little difficult to explain grammar. I think I need to revise a bit. Hahaha. I am determined to improve that boy's English.

And I've been listening to the so-called "Ken's song" from Proposal Daisakusen. Yes, I found the song! I love it. This is the translated lyrics, courtesy of DramaWiki, LOL.

I have no idea what's the translated title of the song though. -.- HAHAHA.

On a side note, actually, I have no idea why I love that drama. I just really enjoyed it. Maybe its the dialogue, maybe its the touching scenes. Maybe its the strong friendship, maybe its the whole premise of it. Maybe its Ken's "Hallelujah Chance!", maybe its Yamashita Tomohisa's good looks. Most likely its everything. LOL. But I can't exactly pinpoint exactly what is it that I really like.

Anyway, now, thanks to [info]enacting, I have a new song on repeat! (: Yay.

And by the way, I came across an interview of James McAvoy on Youtube (after watching the latest video that Robert Hoffman put up), and his Scottish accent is...I never thought I'll say this..sex-aye! Makes him extra cute. -big smile- I didn't really notice it in Atonement. I think it didn't sound as strong in the movie, or maybe the interview was more obvious since he must talk in huge chunks. LOL. Now I think I want to watch Becoming Jane, even though I'm not a big fan of Anne Hathaway. /:

哀哀, 我的哀.  

Janesa was asking me for chinese songs on MSN, and I came across this song in my music library. (I didn't send it to her though, 'cause I don't think she will like this kind of songs.) This song is saying how we can be poor and happy at the same time, and that being poor is not so bad after all. A bit idealistic ah. HAHAHA.

FYI, Taiwan's currency is like SGD1: TWD20. So their $100 is like our...$5? Like that also must borrow?! They must be really poor. I feel much better now. LOL.

最后的风度  

People who can't stand it when I fangirl over 小猪, please ignore me now! LOL.

小猪's new MV is out! And I can't help but post the link here because...he plays the piano in this MV! WHOOO.  


Anyway in the music video of 最后的风度, the male lead wrote a letter to the female lead after they had broken up, and after he gave her the box filled up with their 'memories'. It says:

I appealed for 2 electives! One is astronomy (I don't know why I do that, maybe its because of Yi Fen, but largely because of its time slot; it fits my schedule better than many other electives.) and the other is tourism under sociology. LOL many people are like, "Sociology again??" I know I know, I got a B minus for that module last semester, but I'm really very interested in tourism. Hope I can get an elective soon... *crosses fingers and prays hard*

I watched Shakespeare In Love yesterday! Nat, I didn't cry! HAHA. I think its because I know what's going to happen already. And you told me about so many parts lor, you spoiler. LOL. But I like the movie. (: Oh and I watched this Japanese movie(?) called Princess Mononoke or something like that. Ah I wonder if Nat has the soundtrack to that. So yes, I'm supposed to start on Jane Eyre but I spent yesterday going online and then watching two movies. Today I was in town after school, and I came online after I reached home. I will start on Jane Eyre tomorrow. I must. 

Today's lecture was the most interesting out of all the lectures that I've been to. It was HL211 Representations of Asia: Asians in Hollywood. The first lecture that I didn't feel sleepy or bored. Okay, towards the end maybe a little, but that's just because sitting there too long will make anyone sleepy. I was genuinely interested in what the lecturer had to say. Haha. But omg, I hope I don't get some strange tutors who like to talk nonsense for tutorials. Next week will be the real first week, because tutorials will start. Let next week be good please!
