Alright, I think I'll just update about my Tuesday night first.
So, the Korean Pop Night 2008 that me and
_ochre went to. Thanks to her friend, we had free tickets! (: Yup, we went on Tuesday night when I was supposed to be doing my essay. LOL. And we went even though we didn't know like, 80% of the Korean artistes there.
Anyway... THE WHOLE CONCERT WAS DAMN HIGH.
High as in... Everyone was just cheering and screaming their asses off, like totally. (I guess you can also take it as we were looking at the concert from very high seats...but that's not really the point.) Yeah, even though Nat and I couldn't tell 2PM from 2AM, we were just cheering and hitting our national-day-like clappers excitedly. Don't even know what we cheering for. Throughout the concert our conversations had alot of "Eh who are they ah? AHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!" and "Don't know. AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!". Yes, you get the idea. It was still great fun though. (:
More conversation soundbites of the night:
*Announcer introduces next singer and his name flashes on the screen behind: Kim Jong Wook*
Us: AIYAH WHY ISN'T IT KIM JAE JOONG.

Jae is shy.
*Announcer introduces V.O.S and we started thinking what does V.O.S stands for*
Nat: Do you know what BoA stands for?
Me: Noo. What?
Nat: It stands for Best of Asia.
Me: Ooooohhhhhhh.
*After a while*
Me: Wah. Can you imagine if its Best of Singapore? It'll be BoS. Or Best of Malaysia. BoM.
And finally...after it ended, we went to Kallang Leisure Park shopping centre to use the toilet. We went past this cafe/restaurant called Rosti and started wondering why is it called Rosti.
Nat: *starts singing* Rosti the snowman...
Me: Its Frosty!
Nat: I KNOW LAH.
Me: *starts laughing like shit* (LOL. I don't know why also. But at that time it was damn funny.)
So anyway, Wonder Girls rounded off the night with "Nobody" and "Tell Me". And you can tell they have ALOT of fans because everyone was singing along. Like, even me and Nat knew the English part of the chorus?! This shows how damn popular they are.
Oh! And when the hosts mentioned DBSK (who didn't attend), I think the screams were MUCH louder than those performances that we saw. Hahaha. (Okay lah, DBSK was mentioned alongside Big Bang and Super Junior. But I think everybody was screaming for DBSK.)
*I actually wanted to update about my last few weeks... But I want to sleep already. So... Maybe another day. LOL.
